Having become obsessed with educational videos, I found this Quara debate fascinating regarding why Sal Kahn doesn't edit mistakes out of his videos.

You may have seen this, but even so, it's worth watching again. It's Chris Anderson's TED Talk on how digital video is changing the world and inspiring people to reach new heights.
